Photo Paper or Images Posted on Doc?

Hi all!

 

2 Questions!

 

I'm wondering how folks here presented their photos with their fiancees. Do photos have to be printed with photo paper? Or can I just put the images directly onto a Word Doc?

 

Secondly, I know we don't need to submit the G325 anymore, right? Can I submit it just in case or better to leave it out?

The instructions say you can submit photos, does not say that photo paper is required

 

G325a is no longer required, new version of the i129f has the information that was previously submitted on the g325a integrated in the petition itself

We submitted all of our photos for our I-130 and during the interview,  on regular paper about 9 on a page with dates and descriptions of who and where were with.

March 2, 2018  Married In Hong Kong

April 30, 2018  Mary moves from the Philippines to Mexico, Husband has MX Permanent Residency

June 13, 2018 Mary receives Mexican Residency Card

June 15, 2018  I-130 DCF Appointment in Juarez  -  June 18, 2018  Approval E-Mail

August 2, 2018 Case Complete At Consulate

September 25, 2018 Interview in CDJ and Approved!

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

The only pictures that have to be on actual photo paper are the 2x2 passport-style pictures of each of you.

Any other pictures can be put into Word doc; that's fine (and what we did; we put 3-6 pictures per page and added captions under each one).

Yes, you should be fine doing a Word Doc. For my AOS, I put my photos in a Google doc, then printed and neatly hand-wrote captions underneath each one (it was too much of a hassle to try and type the captions because of the images shifting.) 

 

As for your second question, only submit what is required. (Some of the VisaJourney guides are slightly out-of-date on things like this, so be sure to read the instructions for every form carefully.)

05/24/2021 [Day 17] — Text notification received & hard copy NOA1 in mail from Vermont Service Center (Received Date: 05/07/2021, Notice Date: 05/20/2021)

06/01/2021 [Day 25] — Case updated to show fingerprints were taken

06/05/2021 [Day 29] — Hard copy biometrics waiver received in mail (Notice Date: 06/01/2021)

I pasted up 4 to a page on a word doc and printed on a laser jet printer and they came out very nicely. I did just 12 photos. Yes G325 is dead. Do only what do will do and don't do more.

Secondly, I know we don't need to submit the G325 anymore, right? Can I submit it just in case or better to leave it out? Is it asked for in the instructions? If not, omit.
