Hey guys congrats to people getting interviews this month.

I am getting worried though CC on Oct. 4th, CR1 visa, Mumbai Embassy. I know PD date doesn't apply for CR1 but its 1/26/2018. NO Interview yet, I see a lot of people with CC date in Nov and Dec getting interview date at the same consulate. Can I contact an supervisor or someone to look into it or could there be some reason its getting passed over, because NVC operators are useless. Same repeated answer every time.

There are a bunch of us with a CC in the first two weeks of October for Mumbai consulate who are passed over. We have contacted the NVC supervisors (equally incompetent with no willingness to help) and our Congresspersons (just lately). This period of October coincides with the period that Mumbai/NVC switched to online processing of NVC documents and it suggests with a high probability towards the cause of this unfairness.

I would highly advise you contact your Congressperson and open an inquiry with NVC through them as well and escalate this.
