Hello. I sent all my paperwork for removal of conditions on November 2017, and, of course, it is still pending.

I got my 2-year green card on 01/08/2016. Since this coming January will be 3 years living in the country (married to an US citizen), can I start filling for my citizenship?

If so, when I ca start the process?

If you are married to the same US citizen who petitioned you...otherwise, it's 5 years.

Not true, just married to a US citizen for 3 years. Doesn't have to be the original petitioner.

Hello!

I have I-751 pending in Los Angeles, since December 2017.

I am eligible to apply for N400 from  November 9th 2018. I have not done it yet.

I will change the address and the state (so my I-751 is in Los Angeles, but my N400 might be New York City or Detroit), and my question is: Has anyone had similar experience with changing address prior to applying for N400? because the requirement is to reside at certain address at least 3 months before applying for N400.

How to prove this 3 months residence, and can I use friend's address for this or something else? It could take awhile till I rent the apartment, and I will waste the time for applying, when I can be maybe approved for N400 at the same time as I-751.

Thank you!

You have a certain number of days that you must change your driver license.  That is your proof for residence since date in New York.  You are also required to put a change of address into USCIS.

If I apply from Los Angeles and then move to Detroit, for example, and notify them about my move, would they move my pending I751 and N400 together to Detroit local office?

You can apply 90 days before the 3rd anniversary of the resident since date on your green card.

Can I apply after the 3rd anniversary? Let’s say, 1 month after?
