I find that this old site new site stuff really confuses applicants more than anything else why would they (USCIS) have two sites? They don't update either of them half the time anyway, it is most inefficient.

I agree. My thought is that most adjudicators have decided that is an extra step and be damned with it. I try and not recommend anyone use the website but damned be Greenbaum.

I often at time want to tell people that too, disregard either site especially when they get no updates from either one. I have never gotten any information off either site and they both still show case received a month after NOA2, but you are right if I said that I would catch it big time. hehehehehe But they do seem to work for some people so I guess that's a good thing.

Your case WACxxxxxxxxx is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov. *Msg and Data Rates May Apply.”

 

 

NOA1 December 31, 2019

NOA2 April 5, 2019 ( per the online case status at www.uscis.gov.  

 

Wanted thank you all. Silent observer but everyone’s contribution has helped me a great deal to get through this and wanted  to do my part.

I think you made a mistake on your NOA1 date?  

It should be NOA1 December 31, 2018?

 

Anyway, you are after me and congrats on being approved.

The NVC and DS-160 move along fairly quick now.
