Comments : Our appointment was at 8:40 am. They called us at 10am. We left at 10:45. The interview was about 30 mins. The female officer asked when and how we met, how the relationship developed, who proposed and where. She asked about the wedding and how many people. She asked K2 Child (10) how she liked California. Then then asked if there were any changes to the answers to the questions on the I 485. She asked for vaccination records, looked at our photos and some photos in an album from our wedding. She then said I will approve you now and had my wife and her daughter sign a paper. She said you should get your cards in the mail within 90 days. She would not give a specific time frame. They arrived 6 days later. We had the interview in San Bernardino.

How much can one count on this? Anyone find these to be close to accurate? Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between April 21, 2019 and April 28, 2019*.

It changes daily based on petitions being approved and updated on VJ. Accuracy depends from case to case, as each is different. But it does give you a time frame. When we filled I-129F in November it showed we should be approved end of May. Date started dropping in December and it went down to early April, we've been approved March 22nd. So for someone it works, but you should look at it as a time frame and follow similar timeliness for more accurate predictions. Best of luck!

The tracking from DHL. The cases arrived in Bogota on the afternoon of the 15th. They are out for delivery today. Here is the DHL tracking number. 2445985850 DHL.com. They have not actually been delivered yet. But they will be today the 16th of May. By looking at the last several similar cases, in 8 days (24th) we should receive the packet 3/4 and then we can book the interview and medical appointments. Of course its all just an educated guess.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
