I don't know why so many fear the medical exam.  My so left cebu at 8am, arrived Manila at 9:30, arrived slec by 10:30am, was finished by 2:30pm.  Easy peasy

YMMV

Ooh! How was the experience? :) Have you scheduled your interview at the Embassy yet?

So far so good.   Tomorrow is vaccinations and psych evaluation and then get the results.   She wants to wait until medical in hand before scheduling the interview.   Ds160 is locked and loaded.   She needs to go to bpi and pay the fee and then we can schedule

YMMV

I see. So she was able to get inside without the interview appt at USEM. Good to know! I'm planning to do the same thing next week. Did she only bring the letter with the MNL case #?

If you don't mind me asking what was the cause of the psych eval? If it's too personal, no need to answer. :)

All it took was the nvc letter.   As for the evaluation, no reason other than it is on the day2 flowchart

You can use the NVC letter/email  or print out your status page from the CEAC website .. this will have your MNL# on it and SLEC is good with that.

Yeah. It is expensive. Too bad they don't accept health insurance/coverage. LOL! My fiance and I would be able to save a ton.
