Hello guys, My fiancé and I are doble checking all the paper work for packet 3. We have a sponsor he is from Argentina but has his American citizenship documents, Do we have to add this to the sponsor´s affidavit of support Documents? Do we also have to present his original citizenship documentation at the interview?.
Last question: Is there a new I-134 Affidavit Form? Because at the USCIS the form already expired 11/30/2018. If we use this form is there going to be a problem?  @Greenbaum do you know how to proceed?

Thanks in advance 😃

I can't say that it is a requirement but for your case I would actually have a copy to present in the event it's asked for.

Do we also have to present his original citizenship documentation at the interview?. I'd do the same have a copy in the event that ask.

If we use this form is there going to be a problem?  If you use the government link to any form that will be the most current form and they will except it. If there is anything that changes, it will be posted with the form. Sometimes a new form comes out but they sometimes state you can use the old form till ????.

@Greenbaum do you know how to proceed? Of course I do. :D

Thanks in advance 😃

So W4 is not necessary, that´s what my fiance got as "Job Letter" stating his income, date he started working, and employee activity. Should my fiancé ask for something different?

Thanks so much for dedicating your time to help us!,you are the best ❤️

If you don’t have bank statements Is that okay ?

It is optional for regular employees, but it´s a must for self employed people. We add it anyways because we don´t want to hear them say there are no enough proof.

The job letter is not a w4. A W4 is: Purpose. Complete Form W-4 so that your employer can withhold the correct federal income tax from your pay. Consider completing a new Form W-4 each year and when your personal or financial situation changes. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf

"Job Letter" = stating his income, date he started working, and employee position on company letterhead signed by either the immediate supervisor or someone in HR.

Yesss I know that lol but I was just asking if it’s a must to include that

Ok, all this is new to me, let me see if I got you right. So we have to add W4, the one we have is from last year Oct 2018, so we need to get a new W4 from current year and add it as well, and also get the letter from the employer, right?

 You need W2's not W4's. W4's are used to tell your employer what to deduct from your paycheck. W2's are what the employer will tell you what they paid you in a given year. My meter is starting to keep track of the time I spend answering your questions.
