Yes sir

I have been doing research

I wnat to bring my husband back to USA

He was deported for failure to leave in september 2017 for domestic violence

I know he will need waivers 601, 212 etc

We was married in July 2017

Since then i have experienced extreme hardship im El Salvador with him

I get disability from social security 637 every month

I have depression amd take medication

I got sick, they do not have my medication there.

I have dr records

I dont recieve enough money to cover us both

I have a joint sponsor my sister

I have affidavits for bonafide marriage

I have my passport that show my stay in El Salvador

I was there 10 months

Is there anything else to consider before i file for I30

Is there a chance he can come back fast on my disability

Yes i have been there for 10 months out of  this year in El Salvador. It is very hot, hard, dry and very poor,  i take medicaition they dont have there

I see the petetion if $535

A waiver for 601 and 212 is total $1860

My sister will sponsor him

I feel like my extreme hardship, health issues would help

I have a bonafide marriage, with affidavits

i just returned to united states

Its been 1 year for me,

I dont mind living there its just getting medication  and fear

Do you think i have a chance of my gusbnad conubg back diy i dont have a lawyer

Sorry for your situation.

This is not a DIY case.  This case requires a professional lawyer to deal with the DV and deportation.

Sorry to be blunt, but you have zero chances of being successful by yourself.

I think it can be done, you most likely can show Hardship, just a question of presentation and time.

People do diy, now whether you can is something I can not answer.
