Unfortunately, the people at the local office are just as dumb and incompetent as the rest of USCIS we're used to dealing with. The person I met with barely knew what she was talking about and couldn't even print out a basic exit form correctly. No one contacts anyone else and they just read the status of the case like a broken record.

Yes, but still nothing security check... Which takes so much time.. May be they took offense on us because we called them too often:)))))
