Is anyone here cintacitng congress for help..yes i know we could not since mid/late december..but definitely before then..and also...why are cases being transferred??

Because it's security check, it's outsourced to different agencies such as the FBI. Congress has 0 authority over USCIS, and USCIS will continue to blame FBI. Only courts have authority over USCIS in certain circumstances.

I understand that..but congress can make them give a better update then that. Its been way too long for a security check especially if you have no criminal history and an uncommon name...something else is going on...and i hope you find out soon.
