Oh ok! You should hopefully get that updated soon. Good thing is you may have a slightly faster LFO so at least things could move fast for you after they update your status in response to your RFE

The combo card has an extension on the NOA for another 180 days after expiration if I am not mistaken.

Question VJ members! I’m now residing in NJ.  I entered with a K1 now awaiting for my AOS.  My husband wants to take a flight to Las Vegas.  Is it okay for me to travel? I see mixed answers for this question.  What if my I-94 expired? Does it matter?

Yes you can travel by air in the US. Just make sure you have a valid ID (your passport will be fine) that will allow you to get on the plane. My husband and I were in New York City when his I-94 expired and they had no issue. @jakejon recently flew to Portland from Las Vegas. Just be on the cautious side and take the NOA for your AOS. Better to have it with you and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

Thank you! I will bring all the appropriate documents. My I-94 expired in January. I hope it won’t be a problem.

Yeah! It's absolutely no problem! I took a copy of my AOS NOA1 and marriage certificate as per advice of @JunkTardis who advised it's better to have it than not need it. In the end I wasn't asked for any documents or anything. They were happy with passport and flight ticket :)

For sure! At the moment my LFO is 14.5-19 months. Would love to think I wouldn't need to apply for an extension but c'mon LOL. I honestly think I'd have a nervous break down if I was out of work again for a period as long as this. I'm that mentally exhausted with thinking "I'll hear something today". It really puts me off living here at the best of times but I'll mosey through praying for light 'sometime'. Also realizing I'm not even within their new processing times LOL. I'm now comparing my I-129F approval time to EAD/AP now (out of pure boredom). Target of 184 to beat :P

You'll be approved long before 184 I bet!

Oh I hope so! Day 133 so quite a bit to go with their new processing times. Going to focus next week onwards with losing weight. I'm the biggest I've ever been. I'd rather focus less on this wait and focus my energy on something I can change.

Less focus on the wait and more on the weight?

I've put on a few pounds I think too, to be fair...

Hi guys, silent lurker here!🙋‍♀️

My NOA1 is November 20, and I just received the approvals for both EAD and AP in the mail!

On the old website both cases are still received, on the new one only the AP results approved.

Such a great surprise!

Same NOA1 date and not a single update since November 28th. 😭

Maybe it would be better applying for an extension and getting the 10 years green card instead of the 2 years conditional. That way you'd skip ROC, which from what I've read, is the truly scary one.
