Yeah, they won't respond to my request as well until January 25th, my green card expires next week so I had to ask their help to set up infopass appointment so I can get I-551 stamp on my passport cause I still haven't received my NOA after 2 months and they have cashed my check since 11/21/2018. :crying:

I don't think calling them will make it go faster, but you can try and talk to Tier 2 officer. Did you get I-551 stamp?

OK So I have been trying to be veeeery patient.

My green card will expire in 30 Days.

I submitted my petition as soon as the 90 day previous to expiration started.

I got my e-notification on November 16 knowing that my case was sent to Texas (SRC).

As many of you I gave not gotten the Hard Coy of the NOA1

I submitted a e-notification of non delivery on December 17 and got a confirmation that by January 8th I would get a reply.

And yet I get nothing....I decided to call USCIS for the first time since I started this new process. It was crazy to figure out how to get a rep to take my call.

Finally the person that took my call said that she couldn't see any information on my case. 😱

I provided all my info and still nothing. I mentioned the e-request and still she said she had no information to provide. Her solution to get an infopass and ask to someone in my local USCIS office in person....But it is impossible to get an Infopass in Tampa!! She said that I needed to keep looking since some cancelations do happen.   😩

In other words she was of no help whatsoever  😩😩

I went into uscis.gov and my case still shows the same info that my case was accepted and that the I-797 was sent to me. And a note regarding my e-notification which now reads: On January 7, 2019, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number ##### (request number) , was assigned to an officer for response.

So what does this mean?!?!?! I am so confused

Sorry that I am venting. I haven't been following this forum for the past weeks because I started getting very anxious that others where getting their NOA1 and I am still stuck.

Any advice? Who else is in the same situation with case accepted in early November, routed to SRC, with e-notification and still no NOA1?

Thanks

I understand your frustrations and trust me we are all frustrated. It is like our lives are on hold because of them. Make an e-request, talk to Tier 2 and pray is all I can say tbh...

Have you tried looking for available date in other state near you? I had to make an appointment in Ohio which is 2 hours drive from where I live because I was very impatient and worried.

I still haven't received mine either. And on my account it still says "we received your case. You do not need to do anything at the moment". I check my USICS account at least 3 times a day. Submitted early November as well but mine is LIN. I even scheduled infopass appointment in Ohio which is 2 hr drive from where I live but finally the Immigration Officer called me and helped me set up infopass appointment in Kentucky instead, and she cancelled the one in Ohio.
