  1. I agree with @Georgia I received notice as well after calling and speaking to a tier 2 officer who took action and mailed it off the next day. So I'm not even concerned about the biometrics once I can continue with my daily life and take care of my family I'm good. I have never heard anyone having issues travelling with letter. So let the waiting begin the last I checked CSC is approving February2018 Filers but I'm at NBC so that may take a while for me. Good luck to everyone and dont get too dramatic about this.
  2. I've seen some January 2018 persons got approved already so hopefully we dont have to wait the full length.
  3. You can contact uscis tomorrow and let them know your situation as nicely to speak to a tier 2 officer and they will send it out to you. I havent gotten my biometrics as yet but my i797 came in the mail after speaking to a tier 2 officer it was mailed the same day. Also you can try entering a e request on the Usics page for non delivery. Good luck keep us posted.
  4. Just got my NOA on the 14th waiting on biometrics based on how things are going probably we wont get biometrics until April...lol
  5. I'm happy to see alot of my November filers are getting their extension letters. Yaaaaaaaeeeeeee

MY NOA CAME IN THE MAIL YESTERDAY 3 DAYS AFTER I SPOLE WITH A TIER 2 OFFICER AND SHE SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT OUT MY ADVISE IS IF YOU ARE STILL WAITING MAKE A SERVICE REQUEST ONLINE AND THEN FOLLOW UP. NOW I CAN CANCEL MY INFOPASS! Ok will do I always check around 12:00 am -1am and still nothing. Will they stamp my book in Pittsburgh even though it's far away.

  8. SO I AM UNABLE TO GET A DATE AT THE PHILADELPHIA LOCATION THAT IS CLOSEST TO ME FOR THE INFOPASS, IM GOING TO HAVE TO TRAVEL 6 HOURS TO GO PITTSBURGH AND GET MY PASSPORT STAMPED BECAUSE I CANT WAIT ANY LONGER AND I NEED TO DRIVE MY CAR. THE TIER 2 OFFICER DID TELL ME THAT THEY WILL MAIL ME THE CARD AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT IT WILL BE MAILED IN THE NEXT 10-14 DAYS HOWEVER I DONT WANT TO TAKE THE CHANCE OF WAITING AND GIVING UP MY DATE FOR NEXT TUESDAY. IM HOPING THAT THEY JUST STAMP MY PASSPORT AND CALL IT A DAY
  9. How do i know if its unrestricted. I dont think it is they asked for proof of status for my DL
