As I was trying the 2nd time, using the I94, nothing was found, BUT my I94 had a new expiry date - probably because I applied and was approved for the Emergency AP.

I travelled early February and had a stamp when came back with AP ‘admitted until 06FEB2020’.

I didn’t think of it too much, my emergency AP was valid for just one month, but an idea just hit me - could it be possible to update my change of name with I94 extension on the SSN??!?!! Last time I was there to update my name was in my last 14 days and I was denied.

You could try. Your name maybe updated with DHS now that your emergency AP is approved but that emergency document would still have to be valid at the moment you apply for your name change on the SSN dont you think even if the I94 is still valid.

Not sure. What visa/entry status is on your I94?....under class of admission? What's the expiry date there?

The date of expiry on the I94 is the same as on the AP, as it should be.

Jesus. I just saw the stamp in the passport too 😂😂😂😂. Same  saying paroled until Feb 2020, purpose AOS.

So last week I got the notification from the app about RFE. Still waiting on that letter. Now I checked the new site (?) and it says nothing about RFE? What should I trust? Or nothing? 🤣

If anything said something about RFE you most likely have an RFE coming.

same.. feb 26 got update Ready to be Scheduled

feb 27 Interview scheduled

March 4 got the notice letter. the letter was sent Feb 27 too.

Yea, do you have any idea how long the letters usually take? It’s been almost a week since the notification.

Thanks! My Noa is oct 17, so I’m hoping to hear something soon. My office is also detroit. But the app/website hasn’t updated since my biometric appointment. It’s still saying “fingerprint fee was received” 😢

Quick Question.

Do you guys see 'Case was approved' on I765?

I only see people posting about 'card being produced' status.

Just wondering if anyone else also see 'Case was approved' for EAD card, and then see the other following status.

Let me know.
