Guys, I guess there’s a forum for people who received NOA2 in September and are waiting for NVC right? I tried to find it but I couldn’t. Anyone has the link?

Thanks

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I think this forum has come to a grinding halt. Guess that’s because all the February people are happily over at the August or September NOA2 forums except for the few unlucky souls who have nothing left to say at this point?? This is so depressing.

There's not much to say in that forum. Most have all there paper work already for medical and interview. It's more about people informing each other when they get nvc number. Once that happens it will pick up.

Long-time lurker here. I submitted my petition in early February; the site says my case was received February 12th, and I still have no word. I'm starting to feel pretty shitty about this - especially seeing all the people who submitted way after me who have already heard back. My fiance called on wednesday and all people from USCIS could say is that it is still being processed and that we could open up an inquiry (which he did). I'm trying to be patient, but this is getting to be kind of ridiculous. Anyone else out there who hasn't heard back? M

Lol I remember how the feb forum was, I wouldn’t stop laughing sometimes with the funny comments, now all I have is tears for us who are waiting. I honestly don’t even bother going to the March forum, doesn’t feel I belong there yet lol. Plus seeing all the march people getting approved makes me more emotional as they are even more later dated then we are, still happy for them though but 😩

God, it's not fun and we all know how that feels but I certainly have grown alongside this thread as we all have been on this Rollercoaster. Everyone matters here. You're not forgotten and am hoping and praying you get yours this coming week. You know our hopes and prayers are genuinely heartfelt because we, better than anyone else, can relate to your predicament. No matter what we can't lose hope. It's coming!

My lawyer just informed me that as of this past week they will no longer be sending RFEs! Guess we made it just under the wire. Has anyone

else heard about this?

Yep! The memo was issued sometime in July I believe.
