Explain please - illustrate for me a situation where your cousin’s brother is not your cousin also?

OP said "Cousin brother's wedding" and not "Cousin's brother". In some parts of the world, such as India, "Cousin brother" refers to a male cousin.

It may not be what the OP meant but it is very possible to have a cousin who has a brother that is not considered your cousin. Say my cousin is my mom’s sisters son. If my cousin’s father (who is only an uncle by marriage but has no blood relation to me) has another child with another woman, he will be my cousin’s half brother but will not be considered my cousin because neither of his parents has any blood relation to me.

You'll be fine. So many people visit multiple times a year. As long as none of your trips are extremely lengthy (multiple months at a time), I wouldn't worry about it.

Yeah that’s pushing it for an explanation (he didn’t say half brother)

anyway the more distant the non-relation is the more it makes sense why OP would be worried about using it as a reason to visit I guess

I’m sorry, what is this in common English? Just a cousin? I honestly don’t understand the relationship.

I took OP's statement to mean his cousin brother. Nothing more complicated than that.

What is a “cousin brother”? Is it a cousin or is it the brother of a cousin?

(as for “clear”, OP also said he was going to attain a weeding, but I could figure out what he meant there. I do not know this term “cousin brother”, in 50 years of speaking English I have never heard it. I just thought there was an apostrophe missing but apparently not.)

Ok I looked it up on the net. Particular subcontinent usage apparently. Now I can stop feeling like I’m Basil Fawlty having a conversation with Manuel.

Travelling on vacation without your wife - that's odd and may cause scrutiny.

The one one thing you need to remember is that no entry into the USA is ever guaranteed except to US citizens.

How would they know he's married? I'm not saying he should hide it, I'm just wondering how it will ever come up while crossing the border

I would assume CBP has access to the basic data you provide on the DS160? I certainly have gotten the feeling on more than one occasion that my entire life was on the screen in front of the CBP guy....

That said, I visited the US a good number of times without my husband (usually for work but a couple of times for leisure) and was never once asked why he hadn’t accompanied me.
