I have a question and I hope someone may be able to help. I called today USCIS to ask if there was an officer assigned to my case. They said they order and RFE for my case but it haven't been sent yet. It's waiting for supervisor signature. I was wondering if someone have been in a similar situation and could tell me how long I could wait until I receive the official letter. I was denied on my previous k1 and decided to reapply and I was hoping everything to go with no adventures this time but no luck.

You are actually quite lucky to get such a detailed answer from USCIS. As to how long? Who knows, USPS would  take a few days. 2 weeks sounds like a reasonable guess. Does status on website shows RFE

Nope it does not show anything. I found it from tier 2 and as I said he said the RFE was not sent yet it is expecting to be signed by supervisor.

Customs should have a complete record of your travels by air and sea (not by land) BUT I don't know what loops you'd have to go through to get a copy. You can ask, though. Try calling them at 1 (877) 227-5511.

You can get a record of your travel in and out of the US from here https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home

RFE feb 25th. They said there’s no evidence of my divorce from last year even though I sent a full copy of my divorce decree with the judge’s signature, the county clerk’s signature and it was notorized. What the hell?

I’m on hold now with them to see if they actually got the document. This is so frustrating.

I would not count on getting good answer from them. When it comes to divorce documents, they seem to look for something very specific, like "final" decree which is not same as divorce certificate etc. Not saying that is what you sent, but I've seen people get tripped out by it, especially if its beneficiary's document.

Hopefully you will be able to get it sorted soon!

I got to an agent and she said they needed an official document and not just a copy. So I’m at my county clerk’s office getting an official judgment showing finality. My attorney said he would check it over Monday and make sure it looked good and then overnight it. The agent said my approval would be quick as long as I sent in what they needed
