  Reminds me of that time when Obama had a 3rd nominee and the Repubs took their ball and went home. Didn't they refuse to hold a vote for almost a year?

I thought we weren't supposed to talk about Obama because he is no longer president. I guess it's alright if you want portray him as a victim but how dare you say anything bad about him.

Who told you that? Most Democrats don't whorship Obama, like Republicans do Trump. It's more of a conservative tradition to blindly follow their anointed leader.  This is why Hillary could not get ellected president, while Trump with his multitudes of indiscretions can do whatever he wants, and few in the Republican party will bat an eyelid.

A lot of people here have said that. Whenever Trump is attacked for something and we point out how Obama did something just as bad or worse we are accused of obsessing on Obama and told not to bring him up because he is no longer president. On the other hand it is okay to talk about him when portraying him as a victim or somehow claiming he had a hand in Trump's accomplishments  (with no evidence to back it up by the way).

  I think the point was Hillary's baggage saw her support deteriorate over time, while Trump's baggage seemed to ingratiate him over time with the growing crowds of supporters who were holding out for a hero.

For some, I think it's more of a hope that he can change the direction our corrupt government was heading.  He has no different baggage than most politicians over the years.  At least he allegedly paid for his women, which is more than other presidents have done. (Not that I advocate prostitution)

That's what always amazed me about the Stormy Daniels fiasco that CNN and MSNBC was spreading. I was sitting here thinking "So why should I care that a very rich man who was not in public office at the time care about porn star he slept with?".
