@emekus94Do you know what we have to bring to SSA to have the SSN card not reflect authorization required by DHS once Green Card has been issued?

Hi girl
NO IDEA. I have yet to get ours changed.
not really in a haste to do it since husband is busy M-F and SSA is only open M-F.

Am not overly worried about it tho. The authorization to work IS the green card and so long as one has it, the SSN is fine.
Once you show people the green card, I haven't really had issues with the SSN lately.

If you do get yours changed, please let me know!

Screw it.  Will just deal with that SSN card.  As long as he has GC, then I don't see a problem :)  Have a great weekend

My sentiments exactly.
I'll handle that when I finish immigration with citizenship...
SSA is NOT a fun place to deal with.
Have a fab weekend girl!

I heard removal conditions application for 2 yr GC to 10 yr GC is hard, is that true?

No.  A bona fide marriage should easily show evidence needed for the I-751.

Will there be another interview? I heard there’s also a long wait for I-751 approval?

USCIS has discretion.  Some people have interviews...some do not......yes, the approval time is long.....

Hi guys.

Still no news. We've asked our local congresswoman to get involved.

It's not so bad when we don't think about it. I'd just like it to be done.

that’s good to hear. Should go rather quickly from here. Good luck with your interview. Be prepared with photos, joint accounts and anything else needed. Just do a search here and you can read what others brought. If your meeting is in Boston consider a new medical with a Civil surgeon if your spouse medical is a year old. Ours was 7 months old and we required to get an updated medical, but it also depends on your IO adjudicating your case.
