I came to US with K-1 fiancée visa. I have been waiting for a green card interview since July 2017 and my 1-year Advance Parole and Employment Authorization document is expiring this August ( 2018 ). I need to renew my combination card just in case. My question is - what is my Class of Admission now? Is it still K-1 with what I entered with?

Yes. You were still admitted with K-1 status.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

what did you write down then?

 

Did you use your Advance Parole or did you stay in the USA the whole time?

You can find the Class of Admission on your most recent I-94.  If you haven't left the country since your arrival on the K1, the class of admission is still "K1".  "AOS" is not a class of admission.
