I have been hiding in the UK forums for some time getting bits organised and what not.

To everyone here, you were a huge help! Interview was the 11th March and Visa was in hand the 15th March, I'm flying out finally in just over a month and a half finally!

Keep your head up, there's light at the end of the tunnel and for once, it's not a freight train!

I'm sure it was very beneficial to be in a sub-forum for the country in which you were interviewing for. It looks like it paid dividends as the outcome was VISA ISSUED!  Good luck to you guys and safe travels.

after long wait finally!!

Congratulations. Couple of housekeeping items.

1. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I don't know if this is the right forum. But I just have questions for the vaccine record I-693. One of my vaccine varicella was marked B and means that insufficient time interval to complete series. Is that means I need to have it and present a copy that I have it when I apply for adjustment of status?

This is the wrong venue for your question but I'll answer it. Your DS-3025 must state that all vaccinations are current and have been administered. Since you are missing one then you can have it then find a (CS) Civil Surgeon here in the states and through an interview and examination they will complete the transcribing to the form I-693 which you will use for your AOS package. Keep in mind that the CS will charge you and I have seen anywhere from $250 to $400 for this action. But locate a few in your area and call. Be aware that they want you to do the full physical all over again and it's not needed. You just want the last vaccination and the DS-3025 to be transcribed to form I-693. The I-683 is then included in the AOS as record that you have completed all your vaccinations.

It was actually marked all vaccinations required complete in the bottom. The only thing im worried is the varicella vaccine that is marked B because of the insufficient time interval. It was marked there that I have one shot. I just need two doses of that vaccine.Thank you for answering my question. :)

Had our interview family style in Kyiv this morning, me, my fiance and my 13 yo son. The hardest thing was getting up at 5 am to be at the Embassy on time at 7:45. The CO was only interested in how we met initially, how we decided to get together again after 25+ years apart across Atlantic, how many times and for how long we met in person and my fiance's adult daughter (god knows why). Age gap of 17 years, fiance's previous marriages, me not being yet divorced when our relationship started were not even mentioned. The last thing the CO asked was how we got engaged and mentioned my ring. That was it, he gave us an approval slip, congratulated us and wished us a good day. We front-loaded heavily and it is my understanding that they looked into new documents just briefly. The CO was all smiles and joked several times.

Like I say in and out in under 10 min. The interview is a walk in the park if you have met everything the Embassy requires including what's not on the P3 that you learn from others.  Congratulations.
