Nothing to worry about if you think your not approved. It's taking so much more time now. When we went through it was 4 months at USCIS and 5 days at NVC. How times have changed.

Shoot off an email to the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS/NVC in an attempt to resolve problems.

I have got my approval and I got hard copy of approval in my hand

it about nvc it been 6 week still them statement is that they didn’t have reicve my file from uscis and us is giving statement that they already sent my file on 97/05/2018

I'm sure you have been asked many times, however is there anyway to get this info for the I-130 for IR1-CR1 visa's?

Hey everyone just a word of advice. I got an RFE letter explaining I didn't include ALL of my divorce documents because there were too may as  just added a few of the first few pages and then the judges signature so hoping everyone who has divorce decrees sent them all.  Just sent all the divorce documents back today so hoping in the next few weeks we can finally get our approval.

Have you gotten approval yet?  I only included one divorce document and apparently it was good enough.. The RFE was for my beneficiary, her divorce decrees needed to be translated from Russian to English, I sent the certified translations a couple days ago and they already received it, now I'm waiting.. Just curious how long it will take to re-evaluate and issue approval.

Usually 2 weeks. Maybe sooner maybe longer but lately 2 weeks.

If you have an unreported divorce I'd advise you to bring the divorce paperwork that you did not include to the interview. I wouldn't volunteer the information as that could have a negative impact, but if asked then produce the document. Sometimes it's best to let sleeping dogs lie. ;)

What proof did you send the first time if I may ask.

I sent about 20 photos with descriptions, a log of videos calls showing hours long conversations, and some screen shots of chats in WhatsApp. I was working at the Embassy in Indonesia and clearly lived there, but I guess they want more proof that I was physically there "during that two year period". Photos with dates and descriptions are not enough.

My new evidence packet it filled with proof of travel, passport stamps, credit card charges, check-ins on social media, and orders assigning me to work at the Embassy. In essence, the burden of proof is on us to show that we were together at an exact moment (or moments) in time. Such as, here is a social media check in at The Steak House, here is a photo of us at The Steak House on that same date, and here is the credit card charge on my credit card bill for the dinner at The Steak House. We have to think of ourselves as lawyers in a way, and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that we were together at these specific times in history.

What is the normal turnaround time on an RFE once the evidence has been received? I go the update that they'd received our evidence on 6/1, but it's been two full weeks with no further updates. Isn't the turnaround supposed to go pretty quickly? (Neither of us have criminal history or previous marriages; it was only a request for more proof of in person meeting within the last two years).

All of this info comes from the old website, https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

It is essentially compiled by getting a list of all the Case numbers, and putting them in the search box one by one and logging the result.

It's the same info all of the phone app Case Trackers use as well. That might be the most accessible way for you to look at these, but it's not quite as convenient as ew've made it in these monthly threads (thanks to @Naes, and a few others before her who started that!)

You'd need someone who could compile a list of all of the I-130s for the month, and then scan them all on a nightly basis, and then put them together in whatever format they wanted to display for people.

@Naes  do you happen to have the I-130s for each month?

@kennharv is also working on an online tool that post similar statistics, but not sure if he planned to do the I-130s or just the I-129Fs.

I would say 2 weeks or so is about the average, so you'll probably get an update soon. That is one of their most strictest requirements, so they might be scrutinizing what you sent fairly hard... though it's always hard to say what they are doing. For all we know, they might only process certain types of RFEs on certain days. They say it can take up to 60 days though as a standard answer...

My RFE was received the day before yours and I'm still waiting to hear something, too. We're in the same boat as we also don't have any previous marriages or criminal history. Heck, I've never even been pulled over while driving. We also had a pretty simple RFE: passport photo of myself and proof of my citizenship (which I think they lost because I sent a front and back copy of my birth certificate). Fingers crossed for the both of us!

California has alot of congressional districts. You'll need to figure out which one they're in.

Honestly, I don't think calling Congress people has the same effect it did in the past.  Immigration under the current administration has become slower and more difficult on purpose.  They have also made it harder for anyone from Congress to help people who have issues with USCIS.  There's honestly very little evidence that they have anything to do with a case getting approved or looked at any faster.  Complicated cases waiting for 150 days get approved quickly, while some seemingly simple cases can wait for approval for 9 months.  There are just too many factors involved in this process.  I know the waiting sucks, but really there is not much else anyone can do but wait.  They touch everyone's case sooner or (sometimes much) later....
