I haven't seen one yet, so thanks!

Just got NOA2 today, May 2. Oct 27 NOA1.

Fiance is in the Philippines so we've already been working on preparing her docs and it looks like it is one of the quickest turnaround embassies with as little as a week waiting time for interview appointments :)

In which way did you receive the instructions to prepare everything for the interview and medical exams? by email or by regular mail? and who received that letter? the person who is in the USA or the beneficiary?

When filling out the DS160 do you put all your visits to the US since you were a kid or the last 5 visits? Because my fiance is asking me.

We put my fiancee's last 5 trips according to his I94.
