Hello everyone,

I am kind of concerned that the new website shows my petition as I130 Petition from Alien relative rather than I129F for Fiance. The Old site however shows I129F. Should I be worried and give them a call to fix the bug? Did anyone of you checked it on new website ? Any info is much appreciated..

Hey thanks for Reply. Its my dumbness that I added the wrong case number. I had two numbers switched. However, the kool thing is that

the wrong case I entered had same timeline filed/accepted 26th April. I entered last 3 numbers as 015 instead of 115 which leads me assume that the CSC handles more than 100 apps a day I130 and I129F combined hehe.. FYI I can't get rid of wrong case I added in my account..

Hope I'm not too late to join in! My NOA1 date was 4/12, and I can't stop checking to see if there's an update in status  but it's good to see so many lovely people here!

Hi Aprilettes family sorry I’ve been quiet on here being messaging my April sisters on Facebook. I’ve been getting down about how long this whole process takes especially after visiting my fiancé last week which by the way I had no problem with customs travelling on my esta Just asked where I was going, why “to visit my fiancé for his birthday” when I was coming back and got approved entry no need for any evidence at Atlanta bet it’s not the same at Chicago in August!!

in the line for customs a girl in front of me said she wasn’t filing her k1 yet as she wanted to visit and couldn’t when pending, don’t think she had a clue how long pending is!! She told me I wouldn’t get in, I laughed when I got in quicker than her!!

to make things go quicker I wrote a plan of everything visa I need to do and everything home, government etc I need to do to leave my life here and get rid of stuff and planned it all in month by month. Driving theory test passed and inoculations done, this month a bunch of stuff including asthma review, getting cats evaluated for travel, and starting to sell small stuff. Doesn’t make time go quicker but makes me feel like I’m doing SOMETHING!!

Hugs all round say hello 🤗🤗🤗🤗

So I practiced doing the online DS160 non immigrant visa form yesterday and found out a few things.

It’s relatively simple just makes sure you have addresses of parents, children, fiancé/ee and don’t get bored answering 5 pages of security questions.

it times out every twenty minutes which is a pain so note your reference number as soon as it comes up.

the digital photo is problematic getting it formatted right.

all in all I reckon easily done in about 3 hours max.
