This is great news! My application was received 4/14 it should be getting close now! Hopefully my check will have been cashed by mid next week!

Good morning guys,

 

A new member of VJ and I-751 April applicant as well. My husband filed for me on April.

Here is the timeline so far, if it can be added to the spreadsheet that would be great!

GC exp 6/23

Package Sent 4/27

Package Received 4/30

I checked last week on the Money Order and it hasn't been cash I will check again today. We are in Florida and I think the paperwork was sent to California. Our lawyer is helping with this process and neither him or us have received the letter extending my GC, I am quite concerned since we have some vacations planned for July.

Thought you guys would get a kick out of this. This morning, I saw a text message and email from USCIS stating my case has been updated. When i checked......it was for the I-90 application for replacement green card (we had to get my husband's name corrected on his GC). We received the new corrected GC in DECEMBER. i'm just now getting notified that it was mailed to us. HA! 

N-400/Citizenship process:

Applied online: 9/06/2020

NOA1 received: 9/07/2020

Biometric: reuse letter received 1/19/2021

Interview: 5/12/2021 - APPROVED!!! 😃

Oath Ceremony: 6/04/2021

Hello everyone,

 

So recently uscis issued GC’s after I-751 application processing with wrong resident since date and now this happened:

they sent incorrect Biometric notices.

 

just wanted to let folks know as there seem to be lot of issues happening with the I-751 applications

:rofl:  They continue to entertain us (when not frustrating us!) 

We had something similar last year. We were caught in the TSC backlog in 2014/15 and sent in a service request in December 2014.  We got a reply last summer - 2.5 years later - telling us that our file has been forwarded to the NVC :rolleyes:
