No bio, they reused the previous bio.

There are 2 different case status sites. My status on the old site (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) still had that error up until today when it changed to “card in production”. On the new site (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) my status has always and still does now say “case was received”. Uscis is a mess.

Mine is so much similar like yours. Except mine says received date May 21 in (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) link, though my filing date is april 9th in my extenson letter. and like you said (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) this link says error for me too.

Congratulations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy for you !!!!!

Thanks to you I checked my case status with the old USCIS site again.

Behold, for the first time since submission of I-751, it has the right status !!

Before that, it had never displayed any information, saying my case status is unavailable.

In the meantime, new USCIS site is still showing "Fingerprint Review Completed".

My wife got the bio(finger print) done in Houston on March 14 2019, but we still have not hear any news about bio is complete on the web site yet. Did this happen to anyone else?

My husband got his Biometric done on March 11th here in Dallas and no update on either website. both still says case was transferred to a new office. Weird thing is the old site doesn't show anything at all when i check on IE and Chrome, but when i check via my mobile on the old site, it says the case transferred on march 7th status.

My wife had her's done in Houston on March 25th 2019 and 24 hours later the status showed as "Fingerprint Review Completed".  The only site we check is https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Since then, we have started getting the "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time" emails.  We are actually July 2018 filers but I check the other forum threads to stay informed.
