I'm 4/9/18. Still haven't gotten any response to my question. I called the expedite mine because I got a job interview. Anyways it said "On August 30, 2018, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1DxxxxxxxxxxMSC, was completed." My question is, will this affect me getting mine right about now since everyone around my PD is getting good news?

Good to hear some people are making progress! 

Quick question - my EAD card will be sent to my address in the coming days... yay!

But I am actually out of town for the next week and I know the cards are sent via the 'USPS Signature Confirmation Restricted Delivery' mode. Can these type of parcels be redirected to the post office and held there for me to sign and pick up later on? Has anyone heard of similar stories?? 

I have attempted to do this on the USPS website. im not sure if the redirect has been processed correctly.. but would like to know if anyone can share some thoughts!

I just saw on March forum - somebody said it took them 2 weeks from approval date so I wouldn't panic just yet

hello everyone. i got notification last august 28 that my AOS is scheduled for interview. how long will i have to wait for the interview notice to arrive in the mail? it's been a week and it haven't arrived. im starting to worry.

another data point! filed on april 18, and status changed today to "we mailed your new card for your Form I-765..."

Question for someone who did an expedite through their congressman. I sent an email over a week ago and just received a response. I asked if he's able to expedite my EAD if I provide a job offer. The response I received today doesn't look much in my favor.

I don't qualify for any of these,  I've read around here that people got it expedited just with a job offer. Is there anything I can do about this? My wife doesn't get OT anymore, that's some kind financial loss, was thinking we could email them the stubs. Kind of a long shot but what else can we do?

 

I see more and more people getting their EAD, I don't think mine is long ways away, receive date is april 23rd but my wife is getting really burned out and I feel bad about it.

Any philly aos filers here!! Just checking to see what’s their application status.. from various immigration timelines looks Jan 2018 is done for some no updates from feb 2018 filers... does not seem to match the timelines at uscis.gov any thougts!!!!!!

Mine took 4 business days to arrive. It should arrive soon.

Any other filer waiting for combo card? My priority date was April 2. I did get an RFIE for my I-485 on April 18th for which I responded within a week and my case was being processed by May 9th. My biometrics were May 7th. I am also on H1B right now but need the EAD since I am switching jobs. Am I eligible for the expedite criteria? Just hoping I get my EAD approved this week! 

 

 

Also, Is there a forum with for H1B filers filing AOS but through marriage?

I don't think so. I am also on H1B (expired, filed before it expired, extension currently still pending), and I got my I-765 approved about 2 weeks ago. I also filed early April, biometrics in early May, no RFE. So I am guessing yours should come soon.
