I am in the same boat. I sent out my renewal on April 17th and haven't received any notification nor any receipt notices. Wonder whether they are acting on my renewal or not.

Hi , 

After 20 days of waiting,  finally I got notification for renewal AP yesterday , but I don't know why I didn't get notification for Renewal EAD yet. 

 

Hopefully I will get the NOA letter for both of them this week.

i also got the text last night for EAD and AP both.

I am thinking on wait until Friday, if nothing arrives I will request an info pass. have anyone get information about their cases over the phone? is that possible for me to get my interview date by phone?

I would schedule an infopass appointment with the local service office and check. I got my notice exactly 1 week from the online notice.

On the interview letter it has a list of what to bring for your interview and it says you must also bring the letter so I don't think you can just get the info by phone. Maybe they can send another if you never receive it.

I called today, has been 15 days already and haven’t receive my letter with the interview date.

 

they don’t provide any kind of information over the phone, and they tould me to wait 30 days after the notification. 

 

So I’ll keep waiting.

Finally got the letter with my interview date! it was sent to my old address... :- / so took a little while for usps forward it to me.

Any advise? besides pictures, bank statements, Income tax, what else should I bring with me?
 
How about birth certificates? are they necessary?

So...somehow we managed to delete the cover letter we sent with our package. Has anyone ever tried requesting their immigration file? If so, couldn't we request that and just bring that to the interview - it would be a copy of everything we submitted, right? Thanks!

Definitely, for both you and your spouse. How else will they verify that they're US citizens, and you are an immigrant?
