Comments : Case was transferred to NBC on Dec 9th. No interview .Divorced .I wasn’t worried at all. I was open to returning to my home country if this didn’t work out. I sent a lot of evidence and a lengthy letter explaining what went wrong. I am glad the officer understood my case . Well, hopefully, I will back in 3 years to file for citizenship without any hiccups.

Received card today(2/5/2021) Feb.

blonde.espresso Posted 21 hours ago Hi guys, I got approved two weeks ago, my status changed from AP to issued within two days after interview. I've been tracking my visa via ustraveldocs and it changes from your document is with the US consulate to document delivery information and since then I've not got any update yet. Has anyone been through a similar situation? Can anyone advise me on that? Thank you.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
