I tried to stay away from this site for a while coz waiting for the approval stresses me out lately. But i was following someone here and now m a little more stressed...@Naes it it true john got denied at the interview. Got an email of his timeline update. 😨😥🤔😭

Why did he get denied? Because of not agreeing or speaking with confidence that he will get married within 90 days? OMG!

Nope...as far as i know he accompanied them at the interview and everything went well...m still n shock actually my heart hurts for them hope its still fixable....

We were suppose to just ask and get some updates then they told us to call the USCIS coz they said that they dont see our case on the system and so we did. I may sound impatient but it was only because they told us that the minimum time to get NVC number is 90 days, and so I asked other filer’s NOA2 date to confirm whether it’s really 90 days. 

I was also about to say the NVC shouldn't have told you to call the USCIS. They're supposed to as you the date of your NOA2 and tell you it's not there. That's it.

What do you mean? I am confused.. Is John the petitioner? What embassy was it, and what did he say happened?

Can't say how HAPPY I am right now,but after 181 days of waiting,finally: WE ARE APPROVED!!! I could not believe,when I swiped my phone and saw GMAIL notification,and that was it - a veeery pleasant surprise from USCIS!!!  I was especially nervous and skeptical today with thoughts that it might hit close to 200!!! A great finish of the evening and a relaxing? I would say very hype lol emotions just before bedtime. It's funny I was just waiting for @Daniel P scan, and at the same exact moment I checked my phone (for the 99 time this day) :)) And than in the scan I saw October,26 (which was our received date). New website was not updated yet. All the applications are updated (and I got 4 of them) haha. Old website is updated. Bunch of messages to check my status change (like 6-7 of them). Finally the biggest part of it is over. @Daniel P, thanks a lot for all your scans!!! That really helped stay positive!!! 
Already woke up everyone I could to tell the news :)) Getting ready for the next journey!!!! GOOD LUCK DEAR OCTOBER COUPLES!!!!

Just wanted to give a quick heads up to people who have just got their RFE received notification from USCIS. We (naively) thought that we would receive our NOA2 within a week but it’s now been 15 days (I know not a ridiculous amount of time) and we are still waiting. I’m not complaining because I know it will be coming soon (hopefully) but just wanted to let you know so you maybe don’t get your hopes up like we did.

Oh gosh.... @ToniAnn @EllyNelly @ElieSon and I really expected it to be fast specially coz our RFE is really simple.

 

It will be 8 days since they received our reply and still no update.

He wasn't Denied, but Refused!

 

I've read somewhere on V.J that it's one of the normal processes Cases undergo when documents are needed to be returned to the Embassy (no immediate Visa Approval during the Interview due to missing documents and Rose/Kids needed to update their Police Certificate) as somone's status has moved from AP to REFUSED to ISSUED!
