Unfortunately that is mean your application is not approved by supervisor. He/she finds something is missing and they need more evidence to approve your application.  Follow instructions.

I received a request for evidence on May 9th and it only shows under documents tab but no where else. The Case status tab still shows "We scheduled your interview".

image.thumb.png.f89e13988b6cd5936da9f130b8f34b2b.png

And when I try to click view my letter all I get is this:

image.thumb.png.2d4a91f941d9bbd25a0723998c446eb9.png

Now I am waiting to get the letter in the mail to find out exactly what they want as evidence.

Does anybody know how long this would take after I submit the evidence? I passed the interview and everything.

Make sure you send everything within 30 days. Otherwise they will deny your application.

Stay on top of this, I have read many threads where people delay sending the documents and end up getting rejected. I hope you did as we suggested and settled your IRS issues, I am assuming that's what they are looking for.

Good luck

Yeah I did pay that $100 and now my account balance is $0 and all I am waiting on is the stupid letter to find out exactly what they want me to send.

I have been checking the uscis website 10 times a day and my mail box everyday hoping to see a letter or a status change but nothing. I am losing it lol

I am glad you settled you have the balance dropped to zero, try to get an original certified statement from IRS that shows that everything is paid.

The document delays is very strange. You still haven't received your letter? I am sure that you checked the download tab in your online profile but double check again.

If you don't receive it by Friday, I recommend calling the office or scheduling a meeting with them. Delays won't be to your favor, I can't believe I am saying this, but it feels like the officers are working against the people here and trying to screw them Ughhhh I hate this feeling. Anyhow, let us know what happens.

@El79 Hey there,
Are you getting the email updates that we are still reviewing your case as of the date of your interview?

Hello everyone,

I’m a new member in this group. I just had my interview yesterday at 1.15 pm in Seattle office. Everything went well and I got a letter for recommend approval. I just checked  this morning they update my case completion will be September and say waiting for oath ceremony. I wonder if I really have to wait until September because I heard everyone got schedule for oath after 2 weeks. Thank you

That's some good news! I doubt if you'll be able to do same day oath though since the cut off time is so close.
