Ah okay, it's different for Turkey. Bulent literally has to take the sealed envelope with his medical results with him.

GOOD LUCK!!! You guys are going to rock it! :)

So we submitted the adjustment of status, employment authorization document, and advanced parole application as a combined packet and have a NOA of April 6th.  Just wondering if anyone knows what the typical turnaround is for the EAD document?  We aren't too concerned with the green card wait but my wife is anxious to go back to work.  Any May filers or anyone else for that matter have any ideas?

You might want to join the AOS - April Filers group under the AOS section of the forum. This way you can get a more informative answer to this question and other questions you may have for this part of the process since members in that group will also be AOS filers and will probably have the answer or same question(s) you have.

But it doesn't mean you can post in here though! :D

Did you have to pay the visa fee in advance?  If so, bring a copy of the payment with you.

In Guyana, you have to pay the visa fee at the bank in order to schedule the interview, but when we arrived for the interview they asked for proof of payment and insisted that I go back to the car to get it. (I thought it was quite ridiculous as in order to schedule the interview my fiancé had to pay the fee at the bank; but I didn't fight it. On that day, I did whatever they wanted!).

Fee was already paid and confirmed by the embassy; however, we have to present the interview confirmation page along with the DS-160 confirmation page when we arrived to the Embassy and that is the 3rd bullet on my checklist...lol.

I meant the actual receipt of payment.

We had the DS 160 confirmation page and Interview Appointment page as well (and as instructed), but they insisted on the actual receipt of payment (literally, the little receipt!).

Could just be a Guyana thing, but I would suggest if you have the actual receipt to take it with you.
