I resubmitted on 21st of March. Still waiting too

I resubmitted as well. My first submission was on Feb 25th and they review it and asked for my IRS transcript on March 6th (they no longer accept tax returns). So this Friday will be 3 weeks since I resubmitted the transcripts.

I just hate how they are not consistent, some cases they are reviewed faster than others......

I can’t wait for this to be over!

They're annoying. Reviewing 25th while 6th of March has not been reviewed

Yes I hope we hear soon! I don’t understand why they reviewed my first submission within 10 days and now that I resubmitted the transcripts they are taking already closed to 3 weeks!

I heard they started to only accept transcripts recently. But they don’t tell you that! Waste of time!

They change what they want day by day it’s so strange

@KJ2 They accepted your 1040s just by themselves without any corresponding transcripts for the same tax years? NVC with 'her' baby CEAC are some of weirdest 'people' in this immigration 'planet'.

Im in the same boat. I just submitted a new copy of birth certificate today per NVCs request so the waiting game continues until CC. 🤦🏾‍♀️

P.S. Online it says they accept tax returns! Smh but it has to be accompanied by the corresponding W2s for that return.

I was asked to resubmit twice- First time i resubmitted was on March 11th and I got a response on March 20th when they accepted everything besides one document. Resubmitted that on March 21st and I got documentarily qualified email yesterday- April 2nd. So it took 7 business days from my last submission to get the email. Hope this helps!
