My case was transferred from Vermont  to Texas , Is this good or bad news, On USCIS website processing time  show same as Vermont 15 month to 20 months working on August 2018 cases as of now. Thx

@beantown2017 - TSC has been taking about two to two-and-a-half months to process the cases they take in.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel there.

Just changed my last name at the social security office. They wouldn’t give me my drivers license  till my social matched what it says on the i797 noa. (I’m changing my last name with i751. The lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing but eventually i think it  through 😅

We are, finally, seeing some approvals for our group, congratulations.

To make the waiting game easier for the rest of us, please update our spreadsheet. It is much easier to follow up on everyone's progress using that.

April 5th, 2018 filer for I-751 - Vermont

Biometrics were done in June 2018. Received an email that the case has been transferred to another office for jurisdiction.

Any idea how long is it taking??

Reporting to March 2018 filers:

Based on my digging and tracking cases beginning with January 2018 filers, it appears that Vermont Service Center has been transferring cases “roughly” the FIRST half of each month (January, February, March) to Texas Service Center.

The second half of these months remain at Vermont Service Center, unless applicants have filed for N-400, in which case (most of those) files have gone to the National Benefits Center in Lee Summit, Missouri.  From there they are waiting for N-400 interview to be scheduled.

April 2018 filers today also reported that their cases have begun to get transferred, and again the first half of April.  Statistically, I tracked and noted about 10 business days work of worth (2 full weeks) appear to have been transferred in each unloading Vermont has done.  February 14, March 5, and March 12, appears to have been the date of the most recent transfer out of VSC.

My analyses suggest that these transferred are strategically calculated with the hope that the full month of each month are to be completely adjudicated at about the same time.  The current timeframe indicates that May 2019 will be the first month we begin to see a “constant” flow of March 2018 filers getting notified of approval and/or RFE.  This is based on the fact that Texas Service Center has been taken about two (2) months after taking in files from California Service Center to complete them.

My “educated” guess is, by May 2019, March 2018 filers will begin to hear from both Vermont and Texas at the same time.

I will keep you posted.

We filed in March 2018 - I'm not sure if we should call and talk to an agent to figure out the status on our case? The online automated system says no info can be provided and the online case status website was last updated in May 2018 stating that they will reuse our biometrics.  Can an agent provide more information?

They should be able to.

Does anyone know if this to replace my expired conditional card while i wait for my case to process or is this my 10 year one?

I am not sure I understand your question, but the card you will be receiving will be a 10-year green card.  Your expired green card will no longer be valid.

Lol yes i guess it didn't make much sense, this is the first update I've seen or been notified of since my 18month extension. So i guess my question really is does this mean my case has been approved? No interview needed etc. Still waiting for my sons too.
