Filed my waiver petition on March 8th! Lacked lots of financial evidence since I didn’t have any, but included tons of pics and social media posts.

never got a fingerprint appointment, RFE or interview

got my new card mailed yesterday!!

So good to hear that! I didnt have many financial evidences and it kinda worries me. Well, we had joint tax return, health insurance, life insurance, car insurance and car together, but we never had joint bank accounts. We shared one credit card which we opened one month before I left him, so not really a lot. But I typed letter with explanation how we handled finances so hopefully it gives them better idea. Congrats!

For those of you asking about where VSC is at.  I ran the numbers day by day from January 2, 2018, and the most recent date with active case actions, as recent as today (February 8, 2019), is the cases filed on January 9, 2018.

So they are working at about 13 months back from today’s date.

What app is this :)? I want to know what my # says. When I look at case tracker it just says your fingerprints were received in May.

When I look up my case on that app it's still stuck on my old status "Fingerprint Review was Completed" but on https://my.uscis.gov/ It showed "New card is being produced" and today it changed to "Case was approved. Kinda confused.

USCIS has two sub-systems and they don’t  always talk to one another.  You comment is not a surprise to me.

Congratulations, by the way!

My husband did his biometrics since May 2018 but of case has not been updated to Fingerprint Review Completed like everyone else’s.  When I call USCIS automated system it can’t give information on our case.  And, the account is locked.  Is that a signal of an issue?

I would not read that as an issue.  USCIS systems are the issue.  You can see back in the posts here that some people didn’t get any update then the card showed up in the mail for them.

I was trying to track my case on the app but when I enter my case# it says it cannot be found. On my my.uscis.gov login it says case was received with no updates since 3-29-2018 when it was filed. Any ideas of why it is like that?

That means they probably haven't reached your case yet. Its normal. Whats the first 6 numbers of your receipt? WAC/EAC XX-XXX-5
