Depends on the nature of your case. Mine is a pivot case and submitted my docs on 2/26 and got CC 3/2. When I called on 3/1, the agent told me it takes 11 weeks to review but could be shorter ......

I think pivot case (uploading documents on ceac website) is much shorter for it takes me 3 days to get CC as oppose to sending documents through courier.......

What doest it mean pivot case ? Can someone please explain to me , thank you .

There are like 20 embassies that use an electronic submission method if your case goes to one of those embassies you could be a pivot case meaning you will scan under 2mb per file on pdf all your documents you wish to submit, via CEAC website . By you scanning and submitting the documents cuts back in the work load at NVC all they have to do is look and make sure everything is in order before giving you an interview date. That is why takes shorter time to case complete. There are more embassies that will start using this method soon.
