Congratulations on all approvals 🌼🌼🌼🌼 this is becoming Real.

Also, which countdown should I go according to ?

Original Reciept date ? (Ours is Feb 14th) (183 days)

Or New Website Submitted date(Feb 19th) (178 days)?

Does it even matter at this point?

I am sure someone asked this question before.. my apologies.

Noooooo. None of these questions have been asked before

For all tense and purposes the old website is DEAD. Use the new.

This is true, also, there is someone from January thread that got approved today and received email notification. We previously thought they only send notifications during the night for previous day's approval.

What ever they did yesterday they are no longer doing that. They installed new procedures today which cancelled out what they did yesterday but hey there is still time as they won't expire till midnight. So check in the morning for updated instructions. This message will self destruct in 10 seconds.

There is no rhyme or reason for what they do or don't do. Trust me you'll never figure it out.

I came back yesterday from the US and was there for 15 days. We found a beautiful house so I helped him with moving in and picking out our furniture. Its so hard to go back after setting everything up. I really really hope our case gets approved soon :(.

Hello!

We got told today that our application was approved!!
Obviously very happy about that lol, I was beginning to get so fed up with waiting for so long (6 months - oh gee!) and then I recieved the email this morning saying they'd updated the case :)

New website said 12th Feburary and old website said 7th Feb.

Onwards and upwards to the next steps!

Question - do I fill out the DS160 first or book my medical first?! Or do I fill out the 160, book my medical, then book my visa interview?

Thanks :D

I think you meant you got your NOA2 (which is the I-129f approval) approval. If that is the case you'll need to wait till your case is assigned a case number. Once you have that then you can complete your DS-160 but, everything else is predicated on what your Embassy requires and the requires the P3 letter. Your about a 15-30 days early, so sit back and :pop:.

Here is the P3 information:

P3 instructions for the UK

London Portal here on VJ

http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=United Kingdom&cty=London

First of all, if you haven’t already done so, make sure you complete your DS-160 and request your police certificate.  Now that you have your case number, you can call Knightsbridge to schedule your medical exam.  You’ll need to give them your case number when you schedule your appointment.  Once you have your exam scheduled, DS-160 completed and have everything else that you need for your interview, complete the Notification of Applicant Readiness Form and when your NVC case status changes to “In-transit” you can go to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv to create an account and schedule an interview.  Make sure that you allow at least 5 working days between the date of your medical exam and the date of your interview or risk the results from the exam not arriving in time.  For your interview go here https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv/  or call here 442074867822

U.S. Embassy London is pleased to inform you that we have received an approved petition in support of your

fiancee) or K3/4 visa application. Please refer to our website at https://uk.usembassv.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/ for detailed instructions on preparing for your visa interview and scheduling the appointment.

In accordance with 9 FAM 41.81 PN3.2, please find:

•        One copy of the petitioner's approved Form I- 129F, together with any criminal background information (including information on protection orders) that USCIS has gathered on the petitioner and any information that USC1S has provided regarding prior Form 1-129F filings by the petitioner.

•        One copy of USCIS's pamphlet, "Information on the Legal Rights Available to Immigrant Victims of Domestic Violence in the United States and Facts about Immigrating on a Marriage-Based Visa.

Issuance of a K visa is not guaranteed. A Consular Officer will evaluate your case and make a final determination

You are advised not to make any travel plans until you receive your visa.

Should you need to communicate with the Embassy regarding your case, please provide your case number exactly as

it is listed below.

Hi everyone. Our date is old site 15, new 19 February . Question 🤨, we sent the petition when we knew each other for 1 year, we saw each other twice a year, and we of course talk every day. Is it enough for one year of a relationship to send a petition? and sorry if I made mistakes, still learning english😅

Woke up to the email we've been waiting for!!!

We've been approved! 😄

Old Website: February 12

New Website: February 16

P.S. It's only updated on the new website, not the old website, nor the app I have called "Case Tracker" (it's probably linked to the old website).

180 days exactly!

Now to prepare for what's next...Is there a different topic trend for this? 🙃

image1.png

Same date as me! (Although my old and new site dates were both the same...feb 16th.) congrats! This makes me optimistic!
