What is your question Sir?

Ok so i know when you check informed delivery it says mail arriving soon with the picture i get that. After you see the day example like today it should be in ya mail box few days after from when delivery was informed depending where its coming right ?(of course) .Reason i ask is because my wife has something  incoming but on the envelope its blank just shows usps postage stamp. That mailing address i use is only for imigration papers but i guess ill just have to wait and see maybe its the interview letter crossing fingers since they told me they are requesting her for interview.

thanks in advance for any responses hope everyone is having a good day.

Blank? From experiences seen here and including myself, everything that came from USCIS regarding K1 had USCIS address and I could clearly tell that was something regarding the VISA. Now whether or not this mail coming to your wife is/is not from USCIS I cant tell. Like you said, if it is blank you will have to wait.

Now one thing out of Visa related stuff, you may want to check with USPS what happened to that Informed Mail Delivery because USPS usually scans the mail so the client (you) can tell what is coming, in other words, there must have an address, send etc on the envelope.

Hope it helps. You are welcome.

That is not something from USCIS, it is from the USPS.  The or Current Resident would give that away and it is coming from USPS.

I don't think this letter is From uscis. I don't think it would be addressed to (name) or current resident! Usually everything that comes from them has uscis or department of homeland security on the envelope! I may be wrong tho

Agreed.

We received the same letter the other day. It was the "thank you for signing up for informed delivery" one.

USCIS would NEVER write "or current resident" on a letter. Only advertisement and USPS do that.

Hey guys! Was wondering if anyone knew the answer to this: I am going to USCIS to ask for an Emergency AP and was wondering if I could bring my husband with me? (He is a US Citizen) My lawyer won't be able to come with me so I would really like to have my husband come for support. Would appreciate it if anyone can answer this :)

Yes, you can.

I know someone that did that very same thing, though they took advantage of the biometrics appointment to do so, and the husband was there. Actually, he being there and being a marine apparently added some extra leverage to the case, but that's a different matter (and maybe just their impression).
