https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/logon.do someone from here told me to try this site, i think it’s the old uscis site, but hey look still giving heads up that they showing you they have an update on your case.

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ This is the site I use. That old one isn't updated for me but this one is. Mind you it could be different for everyone. *goes back into her hidey hole*

I'm pretty sure this has been said here a million times, but again, this error will NOT be fixed as it is a glitch on their site that happens when a case (usually AOS) gets updated (usually when interview letter is sent). They could not fix it so they made a new site, which is the dhs one. People who got the validation error from the old page won't see an updated status on the dhs site, unfortunately. Mine only changed after the interview (approval).

 

So yeah, no matter how many times you check, it will still show the error unless you use the new website to track your case.

USCIS letter received with an interview appointment for the second week of May.  And yes, we had the Validation Error for a couple of weeks.

 

I don't really understand people getting all wrapped around the axle about the trackers having errors.  The K-1 process alone should have taught us that updates, statuses, and trackers are woefully inaccurate.

We received a mailed appointment letter.  No change to online status.  Validation error for AOS, and case received for the EAD and AP.

So I woke up this morning to get the dreaded employment based interview notice in my email.

 

Funny enough the notice was generated from the old Uscis case status webpage.

 

Now the question is the guys that got this employment based interview notice when in the real sense it should be marriage based interview notice.. What did y'all do? Cuz am sure I've read people's post here pertaining to this issue...

People did nothing, the letter was correct and said mariage-based, If you go back couple pages you can read it.
