Hi everyone,

I am a November filer as well, I haven't been too active on this site but I'm curious as to some of your timelines that you indicate a priority date - is that because you requested priority?

Hi,

We didn't request priority. It's simply the received date :)

Sweet, but based on the thread I'm worried that we're behind for some reason on the EAD/AP process. We had the biometrics appointment on December 22, 2017 and we haven't been notified with any updates. My husband and I want to travel to England in March and we didn't book flights before submitting the AOS package because I wanted the AP on hand, now flights are getting crazy expensive....  I might try calling see if anyone from there can help me out.

Hi Nov filing fellas, I just got EAD approval. I applied for EAD/AP together. I hope I can receive a combo card in the mail.

Next will be interview! However, I checked our local office processing time,

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

and it is still processing cases back in Dec 2016. Does that mean I will wait for almost one year for my interview?

Update:

So we got the EAD card today!!!

We have not seen it physically yet because we are not home but USPS Informed Delivery confirmed that a package from USCIS was delivered.

So to clarify:

On 1/18/18 the website updated to "Card in Production"

On 1/22/18 we received an NOA in the mail saying that our EAD and I-131 were approved.

Then on 1/23/18 website updated to the EAD was mailed. I never got an update on USCIS website that we were "approved". But the NOA in the mail confirmed it.

Then we received the card today (1/27)

I do not know yet if it is a combo card but I will update once I see it physically.

Also in terms of the AP (I-131) the only update that we received on the website was that "Name was updated" It's still in that status as of now.

As for the AOS (I-485) that has not changed.  It is still dated as 11/14/17 as "Finger Print Fee Received"

I-751 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS

12/15/20 - Received date

01/21/21 - NOA1

05/04/21 - Biometrics completed

05/12/21 - NOA2 "Name was updated"

11/15/21 - NOA3 Resident status extended for 24 months (expires Oct 10/24/22)

No other communication. Waiting....

If priority date is when they officially received my package that would be Nov 3rd.

Based on your date I would say you will hear something any day now.

Hi All,

I know this is a super generic question, but maybe someone knows. I did a concurrent filing in November, USCIS received my app on 11/21/2017 and completed biometrics on 12/22/2017.

I'm trying to plan a vacation around August, do you think interview may fall on this month at all? Looking around on the other timelines, seems that it may take up to 12 months to get the interview. Thanks for any insight.

Hi! Do you know if a recent "last update" (01/05) actually means something? I sent everything on 11/15, received on 11/17, NOA1 11/22. The status for my EAD/AP has not changed since November but when I log in, my cases say "last updated 01/05". I have not heard anything since the biometrics, so I was wondering whether or not it means something. Is it a positive sign?

Hi all. Anyone knows if it’s worth to do online case inquiry after 75 days?  Or it’s even worse and might delay EAD processing? Any experiences? Or advices? Thx
