Great news!!

Last night at 9:30p Et I got a text and email saying that my wifes I-765 and I-131 were updated. At USCIS.gov it said that her EAD card is in production and will be mailed!! Woo hoo!!

 

For those of you that have already received your card how long did it take from when you were notified until you actually received the card in the mail??

 

For those of you still waiting hang in there. We filed 11/3. So you all should be getting good news soon!!

Congrats! My case statuses show they were approved on 1/8,  mailed on 1/10, and my card arrived 1/16. It would have arrived 1/15 if it wasn't for MLK day tho.

11/21/2017 Received 4 e-mails & 4 text notifications (01:30 AM EST); checks cashed

11/28/2017 Received 4 NOA1 hard copies

12/09/2017 Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (for i-485 and i-765)

12/21/2017 Biometrics Appointment

01/08/2018 **I-765 and I-131 Approved** (61 days)

01/16/2018 %%Received combo card%% (tracking shows USCIS sent it on Jan 11 from MO, then Jan 15 USPS closed for MLK day) 

01/20/2018 Received approval letters for EAD and AP

09/20/2018 Received text 'Interview was scheduled' and interview notice will be mailed

09/27/2018 Received Interview notice by mail

10/25/2018 Interview day

10/26/2018 I-485 case status updated to "We ordered your new card"

10/29/2018 Case Status updated to "We approved your Form I-485"

10/31/2018 Case Status updated to "We mailed your new card"

11/01/2018 My card was picked up by the USPS with tracking number assigned

11/05/2018 Green Card Received 

 

Side note: I turned my maiden name into second middle name. In the combo card, my given name is First Firstmiddleinitial, however on the back of the card, they attempted to list my second middle name.

Got a text last night, EAD is in production.  73 days for me, can't complain :)

11/07/2017 Package delivered after being lost by USPS (thanks USPS!)

11/15/2017 Received email and text notifications from USCIS

12/05/2017 Walk in Biometrics

01/19/2017 Text that EAD is in production

With the government shut down ... I guess everyone will wait longer :(.

12/15/2017 - Biometrics Appointment letter received scheduled for 12/27/2017

12/22/2017 - Biometrics done I-485 & I-765 via Walk-In Brooklyn (done in under 15 Minutes)

02/14/2018 - Service Request to expedite my EAD put in via Hotline plus contacted my Congressman for help

03/13/2018 - EAD & AP approval Letters in the mail (106 days since filing)

03/15/2018 - EAD/AP Card in the mail <3

Timeline

Govt shutdown would not have any effect on USCIS. USCIS is fee funded organization, so they'll keep on going. :)

For me it's exactly 75 days today... they received my application November 8th. I'm trying to don't worry but with this whole mess with government shutdown, I don't know what to expect....

Thank you so much! I was so worried. Hopefully I'll hear something this week about my I-765

Congrats!  Have you received you card?  I am into 63 days and nothing yet!  My interview is coming soon.  I hope I hear something this week!

Finally got an update from USCIS on EAD application after exactly 70 days of them receiving my package. New Card is being produced. Nothing on AP and AOS yet.

Congratulations! :) I am sure you will simply receive a combo card for both like most do!

Still waiting.. No updates on my case. USCIS received my case on Nov.6, I had biometrics on Dec. 10. It still says “case received November 6” online. I am currently on OPT through the F1 Visa and my current work permit expires in three weeks. Hoping i will receive EAD asap, so I won’t have to take leave from work as I am the main source of income in our household.

Hello everyone! I just checked my case status online and it was updated to "Interview Scheduled". I did not receive a text/email and I still have to check our mailbox tomorrow. Hopefully the letter will be there so I'd be 100% sure this wasn't just a system error :D

11/03/2017 - Priority Date

11/10/2017 - Received Date

11/13/2017 - Text and email confirmations received

11/25/2017 - Biometrics Appointment letter received scheduled for 12/07

12/07/2017 - Biometrics done

12/11/2017 - Courtesy letter received re: submission of I-693

01/22/2018 - Online status was updated to "Interview Scheduled" (Feb 22, 2018)

02/22/2018 - Interview - Recommended for approval

02/23/2018 - Online status changed to 'New Card is Being Produced'

02/26/2018 - Online status changed to 'Case Approved' for both I-130 and I-485

02/27/2018 - Online status changed to 'Card Was Mailed To Me'

03/01/2018 - Received NOA Approval Notices for both I-130 and I-485
