Case got updated for EAD on 2/16 that new card is being produced.

I'm following the October thread, and apparently some of them are getting their EADs already. So hopefully we start getting ours early january.

I just received the interview letter yesterday.  Nothing about EAD!  The interview day is a total of 48 days from the priority date 11/22/17 ! Interview on 2/2/18

Yessss, I'm so grateful! I was so worried I'll be on of the last ones, because some applicants from September are still waiting even after SR.

I just randomly checked my case status online. Received neither e-mail nor text. From experience, they typically don't send a letter for EAD approval.

I added my case number to my USCIS online account, then signed up for mobile text alert. Last night, on my way home from work, I received 3 texts for I-131 approval. :D

THAT IS AWESOME! I am glad you are on track.  Soon to receive the interview letter.  I still did not receive anything regarding the EAD, but I really do not care as I have the interview letter.  Let us know when you get the combo in the mail.  I will let you know if there are any changes in my status. This is awesome!

Why is Cleveland so far ahead of everybody else here and what does this mean for the EAD?

I have no idea why, but I guess that depends on how many cases are filed!

EAD mean Employment Authorization Document.  It's the work authorization card.  I am still waiting on it though.  No updates yet.

My EAD and AP were approved a week ago. Cleveland filer too but I don't think it matters for the EAD, my letters came from Missouri

Yes I believe EAD and AP are processed by the National Benefits Center in MO. Whereas local field offices process AOS applications.

Exactly!

I think that's why sometimes people get interviews first although it's rare or in my case, get both super close together haha.
