I understand but someone that will have a two year green card can't have a driver license for 10 years.  I am pretty sure that a two year green cars will be issued a driver license for 2 years or less.

Not necessarily. Your immigration status has no bearing on your ability to drive. Whilst some states *might* only give you a license for as long as you can prove status, not all do. Each state is responsible for its own rules on driver licensing.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Sure they can.  Depends on the state.  Colorado gave me a 5 year DL.

Guys my son'stamp green card is for 10 years. Is mine going to be for 10 years too? I got married on September 15, 2015 and I entered the Nov 2, 2018, two years after I got married. My immigrant visa mentions cr1. Is it possible for a 10 year green card?

Hello friends, here's an update:

On 11/04/2017, status changed to card is being produced. It stayed like this for a month.

So on 12/04/2017 I called teir 2 customer service and they made an inquiry to explain why it's taking so long. Teir 2 told me that the card production was interrupted for some reason so he made the inquiry.

On 12/05/2017 the officer responded to the inquiry and the next day it said inquiry is completed.

On 12/12/2017, it said "on 12/12/2017, we ordered your new card to be produced.

On 12/14/2017, it says new card was mailed to me.

I am hoping it's the ir1 so I won't need to file I90 and wait for another forever.

So, did you get the correct one?

I got the green card yesterday and unfortunately it's the cr1, so I will have to file the i90 now. Does anyone know what documents we should attach with the form and the incorrect green card?
