you can help VJ by filling out a timeline and posting your country

this lets the ones in your same situation guide u the best as each country has minor changes to the process from what is expected for medical exam to interview

high fraud countries like ours definetly require more evidence and more face time

as in some countries the man refers to a woman financee as his wife when really not married

so, let us know

and say how long u have known each other and how many times together

sounds like this is none of our business but trust me by the time u give all documents to immigration, you will feel like privacy is totally violated

we are here for emotional help as the process is long

good luck

Do you think its a problem like how am not working ?

When my fiancé petitioned for my K1, I was not working at that moment, and it didn't cause any setbacks.
USCIS doesn't take into consideration whether you are employed or not in your country, the only financial assets that will matter are your petitioner's ones, which will have to be shown during the interview.

It's rather difficult for someone who has not even decided on a visa path to fill out a timeline.

I am not working now and i don't know what to write on the form... Can someone tell me what is the best thing to do right now??

If you don't know what to write on the form, then you either haven't studied the instructions that come with it, OR the actual question on the form, OR you don't understand the concept of writing the TRUTH.  The initial petition is filed by and signed by the US Citizen.  Why not let HER take the lead on this.  If she needs help, she can hire professional assistance.

Umm if you’re not working you’ll put unemployed. You certainly wouldn’t put n/a the question still applies to you.

Correct.  Not applicable would apply when the question is rendered non-applicable by a previous answer.  "None" is usually a more correct answer than N/A.  However, in the employment section it is made very clear that the unemployed enter "Unemployed" as their current employment then enter the date they became unemployed.  Previous employment goes in the next employment section if unemployed less than five years.

This is SO obvious by reading the form itself, much less the instructions, it explains my previous response.
