Is the EAD/AP card sent with priority? How long did it take before you received your EAD after the status updated to card mailed?

I got the informed delivery notice first, and a couple hours later my status updated online. For some reason when it did update it said “updated 4 days ago”. For me it was:

1/2 approval notice Date (got the letter in the mail on 1/8)

1/8 informed delivery updated saying package from lees summit is coming

1/8 same day in afternoon online updates saying card was mailed to you 4 days ago

1/11 EAD combo card arrived in the mail

You mentioned submitting an SR a few days back. Did you do it already?

Not yet. My lawyer said we may have to call USCIS and inquire.

107 days here too, no response whatsoever after biometrics done back in 11/15. You’re not alone!

Bio on 11/6 for me. Still says 'Case was received' on I-765.

My wife filed for her AP a few weeks after her EAD (using the EAD NOA1 so we didn't have to pay a fee), but the AP status just changed last night to "Your Advanced Parole Document Was Produced" while the EAD status remains "Case Was Received".

Any chance she's getting the combo card and not just her AP? Or does the EAD sometimes take longer to process than the AP?

In case someone reading this ends up in a similar situation -- it did end up just being the AP. Received the approval notice in the mail yesterday. Oh well 😕

They received it on the 11/13 and it was only for birth certificate that somehow they couldn’t find it with my package.

Haven’t heard from them since. No ead or anything :(

You may try calling them to ask about your case. Try to also look back on this thread, I think someone posted the number to call.

You should have received a response note in the mail by now... I got a RFIE dec 4th and no response or update yet, when I have seen people receive a response within a few days.. I called them and they told me it takes up to 60 days for them to respond. You are way past 60 days now, call them and ask to talk to a supervisor and ask what is going on with your case, you have been waiting a long time now..
