filed September 18, 2017 and got approved November 20, 2017 good luck guys!

My congressman is going to help me try to expedite too.  I talked to the office yesterday and they will do it based on danger where we live (gun shots every night, robberies and assaults in our neighbors homes) , commuting 120 miles a day back and forth to Tucson from the Mexican border to go to work, my wife's health high blood pressure, crossing a border to go to work as the need for her to be in Tucson as soon as possible.  Hopefully then say yes. The worst they can do is say no.

That’s awesome to hear!  So after expedited approval does the NVC phase also get expedited as long as I pay each fee quickly?

Ok I will try to do that as long as I get approved for this first expedite.  Honestly though if I were approved in February 2018 for an NOA2 I think that I could have the whole process wrapped up by June-July.  Or is that optimistic?

Hi I'm new to the forum I'm a Sept filer but my case is a little different my husband was ordered deported we appealed to give us time to get married

Judge ordered his case expedited on our Nov 27  court date hoping on an approval soon but trying to stay ahead

wondering if anyone has been in the same scenario and how do you go about getting the medical exam done while in detention center:blink:

HI All :)

Seeking advice/help!

My wife (US citizen) and I (Australian Citizen) submitted our I-130 and all relevant documents late SEPT. (Sept 24 Priority date)

Received Receipt number, currently at Nebraska processing center *sigh*  the receipt number does not recognize online but we were assured over the phone that it is in line for processing.

Here's were i need help!

We are both currently living in Australia with our 2yo daughter and we have another on the way!

my wife HAS to go back to the states in April as she can't travel after the third trimester.

Based on the timeline for Nebraska my I-130 won't be approved until at least June, then for the NVC part.

Does anyone know of anyway or anyone to contact to see if this could all be expedited due to the circumstances??

We called the National Customer service center, from Australia (expensive phone call) and whilst reassuring it was no help at all in terms of getting put in contact with anyone that could listen to our situation.

Thanks in advance :)

Is anyone still unable to check their case status on the USCIS website? I’m still getting the error message

Hi Aissata,

I am still getting the error message also when checking online case status.

The National Call Center assured me this is not detrimental to my case.
