Hello everyone, on February 1, 2019 (one day before my birthday) I got an update on my case with status "Case Was Approved" - EAC1866***, I didn' get  neither RFE, nor Interview. I have to say that I submitted a lot of evidence. I can see now that cases that were transferred to Texas (included mine) are being approved. So guys, just be patient if you are still waiting. I am happy to share these good news with this wonderful community. You were so helpul in my moments of dispair. I can't wait to get the new GC on my hands to be able to travel to my home country after two years :)

I am looking into filing a ‘case outside of normal processing times’ enquiry online. My case was sent to Nebraska 3 months ago, however it has been pending for almost 520 days!  I looked at cases around mine and they’re mostly all approved.

Anyone else still waiting for Nebraska?

still waiting, transferred on the 6th of Nov. All cases close to mine are RFE. Since NE processing time is so long, I don't thin we can file a case outside of normal times

My application was moved from CSC to National Benefit Center.   I also applied for N400 anf 751 still pending.   I called USCIS and i asked the IO on where can i find the processing time for NBS, he said that my application is in the range of 77 days before it goes outside of normal processing times.   Im 505 days now since sept 25. 2017.     So i dont know if u need to do that.  Did u apply for n400?  If u did. Probably our cases timeline is different.

Getting worried about my application.

I received a mail requesting more evidence on Dec 13, 2018. And sent them all the files that i sent before when i filed my application.

Since then, there is no updates on my application status nor receiving my mail.

It has been more than an year and my extended letter will be expired on June.,,

Hey guys, just as a quick update.
I responded to the RFE that I had received a couple of days before Christmas on Jan 28.

I received an email notification from USCIS this morning saying that had taken action to my case. Logged in then it showed that card is being produced.

The RFE process is faster than I had expected, good luck to those who are still waiting :)

I received my second extension letter 18m.

I applied for N400 is Sep 2018. Did my biometrics  and wait time is 12 months for Naturalization.

My I-751 is still pending.  Case was transfered in Dec 21 2018 to a New Office Lee’s Summit,MO.

I don’t know what the wait time is.

Anyone else transferred there ?

Roni07, we have a similar timeline. I751: Sep 5, 2017. N400: Sep 2, 2018. Case transferred to NBC: Dec 21, 2018. Local office: Seattle. WAC173390xxxx Still waiting! For those people who are considering applying for N400 while l-751 is pending... Please reconsider it again. Don't do it. It is my personal opinion.

I wish I did just apply for n400 because I’m still waiting this long only for my roc! Then all over again when I do finally apply for n400.

V24-  There are mixed opinions about applying N-400 while ROC is pending.   However, ROC is taking longer ( 15.5 to 20 months) and the approval process is random.  Like January 2018 ( EAC) are getting approval, but August- December are still waiting.  That is the reason,  I applied when my window was opened on Nov 25, 2018.  My local field office has N-400 waiting time of 9.5 to 20 months.  By applying, I already cut down 2.5 months from my N-400 waiting time.  Still no ROC approval and might get a comb interview.  Got passport stamped until Jan 2020.  My ultimate goal is to get US citizen, so I am comfortable with my decision.

My card's finally approved and picked up by the usps. It's supposed to be delivered on Monday. Good luck to everyone who's still waiting.
