help me please! i'm filling in the DS-160 form and ask me "Do you have documentation to confirm that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?" in this exactly moment i have just some of them and i am a little bit confused about the  vaccination table according to the age. For example, why up to 18 years old the "hepatitis B" vaccine, was it compulsory and after 18 years is it no longer? Does this mean I shouldn't undergo the vaccine after the age of 18 only if I did it before?

The answer should be yes because your completed K-1 medical would give you an updated vaccination record/documentation.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Technically, you can tick 'yes', because one you do your medical, you will get all the required vaccines.

But personally, I answered it completely honest and said "No", then it gave me a box to explain, so I said, "I will get all the required vaccines to be inaccordance with US law at my medical examination".

It didn't affect my application, so, the choice is really yours. :) Hope I helped

I would disagree. The answer should be "no". Right now, OP does not have the necessary documentation. Answer "no" and in the box, explain that necessary vaccinations will be completed at or before the medical.

I always say to answer the form truthfully and completely as of the moment you file it. In our case, we answered "no" and in the box to explain, said that we will have them completed with the medical. In a practical sense, I don't think it matters as they will look at the medical anyway.

A plan to have them before the interview isn't a certainty...life likes to throw curve balls.

The answer will be "No" if you haven't finished your medicals by the Panel Physician and the answer will be "Yes" if you've finished it. If you select NO then give the details.

Put Yes. By the time you present the form to the consulate for the interview, you already did the medical exam and you have the docs to prove it.
