US Citizen spouse withdrawn the petition while LPR wife is out of the country

Hopefully she is on her way back to the US sooner rather than later.  I agree, also, with the other poster who said to not let her go to her home alone, just in case.  If, by chance, she may find the locks changed she should consider having the police there as well.  I don't know if you mentioned what State she resides in, but I know that in NY it's illegal for one spouse to block access to the marital home without a court order.

Yeah she lives in NY too. I will pick her up at the airport on the day of her arrival and we will have cops on our way to her home just in case the husband act weird and violently. I'm just waiting for her date and time of arrival at JFK, hopefully the immigration let her in.

It is actually relevant since she'll only have access to America if she did not violate the terms. To have access to America and the vast majority of countries, one must follow certain rules and regulations.

We don't know if she has done so or if she meets the requirements.

Based on the earlier advice given, she has not yet had her status terminated  so she does still have valid documentation to enter the country with the expired GC and travel extension.

Update: My friend was able to rebooked her flight back here to NY. She will fly back tomorrow morning.

Will keep everyone posted if the immigration let her enter or not.

Glad she was able to re-book the flight.

She will have NO problem whatsoever re-entering. Make sure she has the extension letter along with expired card to show to at the airport. They will let her in. 

also, they will give her time to respond and move forward with her case accordingly but that's a separate issue and she can deal with it once she's back.

Good luck! If anything, be aware that customs immigration officer can send her go to secondary room at POE to review her case with more details. Probably that will not happen, but you never know. If that happens, that could take up a few hours of waiting there.

Thanks @Sunnyland she is aware about the secondary check since her green card expired already, she have with her the expired green card and the extension letter. She already departed and expected to arrived at JFK airport this evening.

Update: My friend was able to enter the US, she just did the secondary check by the immigration officer obviously because of expired green card and extension letter. She was nervous, but I instructed her just to follow whatever the immigration officer ask her to do so she can let her in. So basically just secondary check and ask her how many months she was out and the reason why she was out of the country. 

 

Now, she can't retrieve her things because her husband or should I say ex husband was not at home when we arrived and that was passed 10pm. She went there early morning today to check if her husband is at home, I told her make sure you have cops with you when you going there because she will never know how the husbands would react when she arrives there.

 

Thanks everyone for the help, now we concluded that even the US citizen spouse withdrawn the support for i-751 the LPR still have the rights to enter the US.
