Hi dear, I was almost nuts reading all the CRAZY replies for your question (I don't know if it's just me but I understood exactly what you said right away) ...people start to judging without even read properly...I particularly think that your question is pretty obvious, you arrived with a visitor visa, got married and is now adjusting your status, you just want to know what kind of questions they will make and if that is a problem.

I can tell you that I know plenty of people that arrived in a tourist visa and had no problem at all, I also know people that have been here without arriving at a port of entry and they all get forgiven when marrying a USCitizen.

I can't tell you what kind of questions they are going to make because I'm going through the same process that you are but you can find sample questions all over the internet but if you have a real relationship it would not be a problem, my husband and I shared a bunch of good laughs answering together some of the questions that we found in the internet.

Best of luck to you and don't worry you're just fine if your first intention wasn't to get married to begin with, I didn't and it ended up happening anyway!

As far as I just checked there is no "edition" on the post, it says "posted 20 hours ago".

Anyway if she didn't get the visitors visa or entered with the intention of getting married (just like me) she'll be fine, that's what matters...we have to be careful on the answers we give because this process is nerve racking and it could drive someone crazy.

hi!

I came on b2 visa April 2016  and later I did AOS. I married a US citizen on 2015 in my country,

AOS process took 12 months and I did interview last month...approved on the spot witouth issue...very smooth.

I had no intention to immigrate when I was at POE.
